Hiring rules

• To rent Wanderland, hirer needs to be minimum 21 years old and be in possession of a full driving licence class C. Also the Oz police require you to have an international driving licence or a certificated translation when you are from overseas and don't have an Australian driving licence.
• Pets on request only (breed, house trained, size, age)

• Hirer age restrictions (21 yo)
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 300 km's a day. Thereafter, you will be charged $1.00per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• To make the return process fast and easy, here are a few things to do prior to returning:
• ☐ please ensure the toilet cassette is EMPTY AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED before you return, as we do not have 'dump' station available onsite. If not a $300.00 fee will be charged
• ☐ I do ask that you maintain and leave the van in a clean, tidy condition as close as possible to how you found it:
• fridge empty and clean
• dust and sand swiped away
• stoves in and out cleaned
• garbage disposed of
• shower & toilet clean
• linen packed away in bag
• Van cleaned in and out
• ** RED DUST** is a problematic issue. You will need to high pressure underneath and around the van. Any red dust found will incur an extra charge fee for cleaning of $200.00
• If excessive cleaning is required over and above what is considered to be a standard clean, a fee of $200.00 will be charged.
• ☐ Ensure the vehicle DIESEL tank is full before you return to avoid fuel refilling costs fee of refuel + $70.00
• ☐ Make sure the remotes for air con and tv, cables for charging etc are in the van.
• COOKING GAS please notify if gas cylinder is empty. Or return refilled from petrol stations with Elgas.
• POWERED OR NON POWERED SITES? Wanderland will need to be powered every other day to get the specs working. The autonomy of the solar will be for 24 to 48hours MAX.

  this vehicle has many problems that need to be addressed before you rent it. Heating in the cabin as you are driving does not work(annoying as it was cold when we picked it up)Helene advised post rental that the remote controlled was in the back but we are not referring to the AC system but the engine driven heating system. Hot water does not work,tried many times to get working,could hear the system light and run for a few seconds then shut down.Helene advised the system working when we picked it up not true. The passenger window down button that does not work must be put down from the driver's side,annoying. Remote vehicle key sometimes does not work and you can't open the vehicle, intermittent problem. Vehicle floor dirty and no large knife for bread etc,small knives blunt and glassware completely inappropriate for purpose. User manual does not relate to this vehicle causes problems when you try to open the water fill cap which is incredibly tight. Hose supplied for filling water too short and not a drinking water hose should be the light blue hose. Awning not working we were advised and were OK with this just be aware storage in the van is limited and with a quite large item in the storage area it gets even smaller. Otherwise the vehicle drove OK just a bunch of small problems that needs to be resolved apart from hot water which was very annoying for us as we have planned to do quite a bit of wild camping and were forced to go to caravan parks and at times motels for showers which incurred significant additional costs.

  Great configuration as you can leave your bed made up as there is a separate hang out area . The van is easy to drive and we had a dry , snug and very comfortable time .
