Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jacob 5.0Beautiful trailer to tow , easy to set up , awning was a bit tricky but thats because we were unfamiliar with how to set up. Mark was very thorough during the handover , explained everything really well and was very helpful with any questions we had. Any problems or questions we had while we were away, Mark was happy to get on the phone and help out. Recommend hiring his Mars Camper. Thanks Mark
