Additional information
Towing & Road Use To help keep our caravan in great condition, we kindly ask that it not be towed on rough or heavily corrugated roads, or on beaches. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle is suitable for towing, feel free to include your vehicle details in your booking request — we’re happy to help. Cleaning & Return Please return the caravan in the same clean and tidy condition it was in when you picked it up. If you don’t have time to clean it throughout please purchase the cleaning extras If extra cleaning is needed, a fee of $150.00 for inside and $100.00 for outside may apply. A $350.00 red dirt cleaning fee also applies if the van has been taken through red dust or dirt areas. Using the Van We’ll send you helpful instructional videos before your trip — please take some time to watch these so you’re familiar with how everything works. An instruction booklet will also be provided in the van for easy reference during your journey. We really appreciate it when guests treat the caravan like their own. If anything comes up or you’re unsure about something, just reach out — we’re always here to help. In Case of an Accident If there’s an accident, your safety comes first — move to a safe spot and call Camplify on 1300 416 133. They’ll guide you through the next steps and help with NRMA if needed. If any damage occurs, we ask that you let us know straight away with as much detail as you can: who, what, where, and when. Travel Guidelines While we aim to be flexible, we do ask that travel on unsealed or gravel roads be discussed with us ahead of time. Just send us a message through Camplify and we’ll do our best to accommodate your plans. To keep the van fresh for everyone, please remember no smoking inside. Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
