Hiring rules

  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • Stella is not permitted to travel offroad and hirer insurance does not cover use on unsealed roads, the beach, gravel or dirt roads.
  • No festivals or large events
  • Drivers must be a minimum of 25yrs of age with a full license.
  • Delivery is to an agreed camping location and is charged at $2.50 per km. This type of hire means Stella remains stationary and hirers are not covered to drive the motorhome.
  • Stella must be returned clean or additional charges apply:
  • Dirty interior $75.00
  • Dirty kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery, pans, glasses $50.00
  • Soiled toilet tank $150.00
  • Dirty BBQ $40.00
  • Rubbish removal $40.00
  • Pickup is between 10am 2pm on the first day of hire.
  • Return is between 10am and 12pm on the final day of hire.
  • No large items such as eskies, surfboards, bikes to be stored in the motorhome potentially damaging the interior.
  • Awning is to be stowed as soon as inclement weather presents.
  • Stella has an average 200km limit per day. Excess km's beyond this limit incur a charge of $1.00 per km.
  • Stella must be returned fully fueled with DIESEL.
  • Any incidents, accidents or issues please contact Camplify on 1300 416 133 and message owner via Camplify app immediately.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was great except that the floor is delaminating ( under warranty ) which made it saggy and with very loud creaking when walked on. We would use the van again as it's only 3 years old and drives in as new condition
