- Return van as when picked up or bond deductions will apply
- Any fines will be passed onto the hirer

- Tow vehicle must be within weight limits at all times
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lily 4.5We enjoyed holidaying in the van, it was well stocked with all that we needed! Beds were comfortable and it was perfect for two adults & 2 teenagers. Glen was super responsive & organised the van to be delivered and set up on the day!! We had a last minute need to hire a van & Glen was sooo helpful to make it happen for us! So appreciative. Highly recommend & will hire again!

Just the right size for the four of us with all the comforts of home, away from the home! Glenn was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely accommodating and always responding to questions (there were many given we were first timers) in a timely and polite manner. No hesitations at all in recommending the van!
