Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was very clean and roomy, with everything we needed to perform day to day things in the van (I just wish we had longer away). Only downside was that my sister and I are very short and we had difficulty reaching latches on top of the van when packing up the sides (perhaps a step could be kept in the van. Also, the Awning didn't have very clear instructions, and we had difficulty setting up and packing up, but got assistance from other staff guests.

    Unfortunately, our experience with this van was disappointing. The main air conditioning was not working, and a temporary AC unit had been installed. During our summer trip to Riverland, the temperature inside the van reached around 35°C, and the temporary unit was unable to cope. Due to the heat, I had to remove my family from the van and take them to a nearby shopping centre just so they could stay cool and safe. I raised this issue with the owner during the trip, but no resolution was provided at the time. In addition, the interior lights were malfunctioning at the start of the journey, which raised concerns about the overall condition of the vehicle. This experience significantly impacted our holiday, especially when travelling with family in summer conditions.

    Very comfortable. Easy to arrange. Paid extra to have set up and taken away which was value for money. Adam was easy to communicate with. We would definitely hire again.
