<p align="center">By hiring a camper trailer from Dickson Camper Trailer Hire you are agreeing to the following camper hire conditions:</p> <ul> <li>No pets allowed inside the camper trailer</li> <li>Camper MUST be returned clean and contents stored correctly upon return otherwise a minimum of $150.00 cleaning fee will apply.</li> <li>Accessories are replacement cost in the event of loss or damage.&nbsp;</li> <li>Dickson Camper Trailers can be driven on all recognised tracks however restrictions apply to areas consisting of the Simpson Desert and Canning Stock Route.</li> <li>No Camper Trailer can be driven on a beach, below the high tide mark or subjected to salt water at any time.&nbsp; Tracks that have been &quot;closed&quot; by local authorities, areas in flood and unmarked water crossings are prohibited.&nbsp; Caution should be exercised whenever crossing creeks</li> <li>The Hirer shall be responsible for payment of any broken zips, dents or breakages on the trailer, tares or burns of the canvas, soft floor, windows and any theft, damage or loss to any items hired from Dickson Camper Trailer Hire.&nbsp;</li> <li>Gas bottle to be returned full or hirer will responsible for the payment of the amount of $45.00 immediately, (This is $45.00 is paid prior to any bond refund)</li> </ul> <p>Camper Care</p> <ul> <li>NO SMOKING or COOKING inside the camper other than on supplied stove on tailgate kitchen.</li> <li>Do not force zips</li> <li>No detergents, cleaning products or scourers can be used on the canvas</li> <li>Do not tie down or rest anything on top of the camper.</li> <li>If you position the camper under a tree or places where birds roost, you must cover the roof completely with a tarpaulin to protect the canvas from bird droppings and sap.&nbsp; Any damage will incur a cleaning fee or damages charge.</li> <li>All windows are to be zipped up and the door is to be left unzipped when the camper is not erect.</li> <li>Gas Bottles are to be turned off prior to turning off cooker.&nbsp; The gas cylinder must be turned off and the lead between the gas cylinder and cooker removed and correctly stowed when moving camper.</li> <li>The provided ground sheet (tarpaulin) must be placed under the soft vinyl floor prior to pegging and unfolding the canvas to prevent damages.</li> </ul> <p>Hirer&rsquo;s Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Tyre punctures, tyre damages and damage to the suspension shall be the responsibility of the hirer.</li> <li>The Hirer shall not alter, add, remove or deface any parts of the camper trailer, equipment part of or accessories hired.</li> <li>The Hirer warrants that they are fully aware of the correct procedures for use of the equipment hired and that they are satisfied at time of hire, that the equipment is adequate for its intended use.</li> <li>In the event of &nbsp; any theft, damage or loss to any items, or part there-of. hired from Dickson Camper Trailer Hire, the Hirer is responsible for the payment of the amount of $500.00 immediately a part of our insurance arrangements, (This is $500.00 excess is paid prior to any bond refund)</li> <li>In the event of &nbsp; any theft, damage or loss to any items, or part there-of. hired from Dickson Camper Trailer Hire which are described as having a replacement cost, the Hirer is responsible for the payment of the replacement item, (This replacement cost paid prior to any bond refund)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In order to book a camper trailer, you need to agree to the Hire Conditions.</p>
