The perfect family van for short and long term stays! *** TOWING OPTION ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 1st MAY and 30th AUGUST *** Our van is fully setup for off grid living and is just as at home out in the bush as it is at local caravan park. We provide almost everything you need to have an amazing stay and nothing is too much of a hassle...just ask! While we have some amazing caravan parks in our local area, we also recommend a few different off-grid options in the region including: - Critterland (Hipcamp), Krambach - Gloryvale and Bretti campgrounds, Thunderbolts Way - Woko Campground, Woko NP For Hirers wishing to chose an off-grid stay option, our van is fitted with the following: - 3 x 80ltr water tanks. These will be full and ready for your off grid stay - 2 x 9kg gas bottles for all your cooking and hot water needs - Truma Gas Heating, keep the van toasty warm on those cold days - 1 x Sirocco fan to the main bed and 1 x Sirocco fan to each to the bunks DELIVERY FEES (This includes delivery, setup & packup) - Local deliveries within Forster/Tuncurry area - $50 - Pacific Palms, Hallidays Pt, Nabiac - $100 - Old Bar, Seal Rocks, Bulahdelah, Gloucester, "Critterland" - $150 - Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest, "Gloryvale/Bretti/Woko" - $250 When advising caravan parks of your equipment size, note that our van measurements from end-to-end are 26 feet (8 metres) long and 2 metres wide. For your hire, the van comes with the following items for your stay: Essentials - Tea/Coffee - Sugar - Salt - Liquid and spray oil - Tomato/BBQ sauce - Cling wrap/baking paper and aluminium foil - All cutlery, mugs, cups etc - 3 x Tea towels - 3 x Ice trays - All dishwashing requirements - Cloths/paper towel/wipes - Hand soap/disinfectants - Toilet paper - Deep baking dish/baking tray - 2 x mixing bowls - Collapsible food storage containers x 6 - 3 x saucepans in various sizes, 1 x fry-pan - 4 x bath towels (No beach towels supplied) - Full spare bedding for all beds and flat sheets to use as an alternative to blankets on warmer nights - Pillows and blankets to all beds - 2 x face washers - Weber Baby Q including convection trays, trivet, pizza stone, BBQ fry-pan and items required to clean the BBQ - Mozzie coils provided - Colouring books, reading books, various games incl UNO, Skip-Bo, UNO Spin, Spot-It etc. Lego is also included with instructions to build some items The only thing that you need to bring is your clothes, food and toiletries (and of course any other items you choose to bring)

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking allowed inside
  • Preferably no shoes inside
  • If you use the toilet, you must empty it (Unless camping in a location with no dump point)
  • Cooking inside the van is ok, please open some windows or roof hatches for ventilation
  • Please keep the kitchen area clean at all times
  • BBQ to be returned clean, the required items will be supplied to complete this
  • Please do not enter the van covered in sand or dripping wet
  • Van to be left in the same condition as you found it unless you would rather us clean it all for you ($100.00 fee)
  • Awning to be packed away in inclement weather, video and written instructions will be provided
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
