Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great holiday, the van is very comfortable. The bed is a good size, it is larger than most camper vans. Linda and Han were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make hand over and drop off work for us.
