This Prado has a rooftop tent big enough for two people, and all the basics you need are included. Additional camping and adventure gear is available to hire at a nominal fee. You can add extras to make your trip more convenient e.g a 3-man tent. See our extras list, or let me know if you want something specific that is not listed. Contact: Conrad @ 0436602801

Hiring rules

  • Strictly NO saltwater crossings or driving near saltwater is allowed.
  • Before the trip begins, Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages).
  • No smoking inside the Prado.
  • The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • The vehicle must be returned cleaned, or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • Deposit payment is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved. Otherwise, I may cancel it.
  • Must return the car full of premium unleaded 95 or 98 fuel All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • LONG TRIPS A range of 200 km per day is included in the booking price. At the same time, a 0.90c charge per kilometre will be incurred for additional km travelled over the daily allowance, which will be calculated with Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
  • Standard pickup/dropoff times are between 7 am and 5 pm.
  • Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
