The caravan comes equipped with a range of standard inclusions to enhance your experience: A 20m water hose extension for convenient access to water sources. An Amphibian 15 amp to 10 amp adapter for versatile power connections. A 15 amp extension lead to extend your power supply reach. Leveling ramps to ensure your caravan is positioned on even ground. A spirit level to assist in achieving optimal balance. Wheel chocks for added stability when parked. A 12-pin trailer plug to facilitate secure and reliable electrical connections.

Hiring rules

• OffRoad and Unsealed Road Policy: Please note that offroad driving, beach driving, and extended driving on gravel roads are strictly prohibited. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of both you and the caravan, driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing through Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
• No Smoking or Pets Policy: Kindly adhere to the no smoking policy inside the caravan. As for pets, they are generally not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained. If you wish to bring a pet, please submit an application for consideration.
• Festival Restrictions: Regrettably, the caravan is not available for use during festivals.
• Hirer Age Restrictions: Please note that the minimum age requirement for hirers is 25, This ensures a responsible and safe experience for all parties involved.
• Awning Policy: To prevent damage during inclement weather, please ensure that the awning is packed away before bad weather arises.
• Cleaning Requirement: Upon return, the vehicle must be cleaned thoroughly. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee being applied.
• Damage Reporting: In the event of any damage occurring during your trip, it is essential to report it immediately. Please provide detailed information, including who was involved, what happened, where it occurred, and when it took place.
• Engine Lights and Accidents: If any engine lights come on during your trip, please pull over immediately and ensure your safety. In the case of an accident, move off the road to a safe location and contact Camplify at 1300 416 133 for further guidance. Please notify me afterward.
• Deposit Payment: A deposit payment is required within 48 hours of your booking being approved. Failure to make the deposit payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
