Hiring rules

• * Drivers must be 25 years plus and hold a full drivers license.
• * Please provide names, ages and phone numbers of all drivers.
• * No smoking or vaping inside the van.
• * Pets will be considered.
• * No off road driving, or driving on unsealed gravel roads, no beach driving.
• * Return Pepperberry cleaned and in the same condition as you received it at handover
• * No food scraps, oil residue or alcoholic drinks to be put down the sink. Please put only water down the sink.
• * Remove rubbish before return.
• * Empty cassette toilet before return.
• * No driving at night
• * Excessive cleaning post hire will incur a charge.
• * Van must be returned with a full tank of diesel.
• * No driving at night(in rural areas especially)due to protecting our wildlife.
• * If any engine lights come on the dashboard pull over immediately. and call me.
• * If an accident occurs, get off the road stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you how to proceed.
• * If any damage happens you must report it immediately who, what ,where and when will be required.

  All in all a good experience. Early on in the journey we were unfortunate enough to get a flat tyre. Barbara was super helpful and organised road side assist to fix it for us. Apart from that, the water outlet was broken so we were not able to use the sink, however we were made aware of it during handover and we stayed at a good campsite so it wasnt an issue for us.

  After an unavoidable cancellation from a previous owner they kindly found us another campervan to hire with and we couldnt have been happier. The van was easy to drive, clean, and the host Barbara was very contactable throughout the whole process from the start of the booking to the end of our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this van to family and friends in the future and who knows we may even travel back and head up North next time. Thank you Barbara for offering your van that has given us the most memorable holiday

  Pepperberry was perfect for our four day trip to the wildflowers. Easy to drive and manoeuver, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We had great fun.

  Great Van for an 18 day road trip. Well equipped with everything needed and very comfortable bedding. Very easy to drive. Barbara was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We had a great holiday. Highly recommend

  We had a wonderful stay in Barbaras Pepperberry Van. It was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed (towels, soap, blankets). Driving was super easy and the van is very hi-tech. Barbara is a very kind and welcoming host, making sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!
