Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kathleen 5.0Bob was an amazing, he even sorted a problem out with the batteries and made time fix it. Being able to hire a van so close to where we were living has it's benefits. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the van even though we had an unpowered site the van allowed sufficient airflow. We were not able to use the aircon and microwave due to being an unpowered site. The gas stove on the outside is a game changer so loved making breakfast on it and braising our meat.

A 5.0Our first holiday in a caravan. Bob delivered and setup the van before our arrival. We only had to grab our bag and esky. Fridge in the van was ice cold. It rained alot... so having a toilet and shower in van was luxury. Van was pristine clean and massive. Great communication for delivery and pick-up, even for random questions over the phone. Will never use a tent again. 5 stars. Thanks Bob.
