Hiring rules

  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • LONG TRIPS 200 kilometres per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.30 per kilometre for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
  • Fill water tank only with potable water.
  • Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition.
  • If you don't intend to clean the van yourself (inside and out), please choose our cleaning fee.
  • We will deliver Maggie to you upon your arrival at the Busselton Airport for an extra charge.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was easy to drive and park - never felt too bulky despite having almost no experience with larger vehicles! Inside it's very roomy - the bed easily fits a 185cm person which is incredible for a van! - and Veronica really thought about everything you may need (torches, chairs, table, mosquito nets, water canister, you name it!) As we're locals, we'll definitely hire it again for our next trip around WA!
