Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This van made for the perfect little getaway. We were impressed with the setup and inclusions. William was fantastic to deal with, he was super responsive and catered to our needs. Would highly recommend William and this van!
