IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ PRIOR TO YOU BOOKING! The trailer is located at Woodford, North of Brisbane. The minimum period of hire is 3 days excludes Excludes Easter, June/July & September school holidays and all of December, which is a minimum of 7 days All bookings are not guaranteed, until approved. The service fee covers the gas bottle refill, pantry items, cleaning items, toilet paper and toilet chemicals and the basic handover clean. PLEASE NOTE - If the camper is returned full of mud, sand or red dust, including the underbody, you will be charged out of your bond the $350.00 cleaning fee. Want us to clean it for you? If heading to the beach or outback please select the "outback trip clean $350.00". If you are heading to a destination that doesn't involve sand or red dust, please select the "clean my van for me $150.00" The camper is fully insured and can be taken off road to destinations like Fraser, Moreton & Noosa Northshore, however, the insurance does NOT cover any under body damage. If under body damage does occur, it is the responsibility of the renter to pay for damages. If there is a claim there is an excess of up to $350.000 Want to reduce your liability to $500.00 Excess? For $45.00 per day you can reduce your excess to $500.00 UNSEALED roads must be approved in writing in the Camplify message portal before your trip begins. DO NOT attempt to repair yourself. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - with details of the incident NO SMOKING inside the camper NO COOKING of fatty foods inside the van. TOILET HIRE -It MUST come back emptied and cleaned. If extra cleaning is necessary we will charge $350.00 for this. We would much rather we didn't have to clean up waste in the toilet, so please take the time to empty and disinfect UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.   Shonel and Lee were great to deal with. They delivered the van, set it up and explained how everything worked. Our campsite was not that far from their location and on day 3 i was anxious about the solar and batteries and Lee drove out to check for us. Then on day 6 they were in the local town and offered to drop off anything if we needed. Absolutely wonderful people.

  Shonel and Lee were great to hire off. The van was clean and tidy aswell as easy to use. Will hire from them again in the future.

  Great van and trip. Only negative was we got a flat tyre on the van however the owner did their best to help us continue and even allowed us an extra day to make up for lost time. A great trip out to Winton with grandkids and would hire from Shonel again.

  This van was perfect for our 2 week trip away. Included everything that we could have needed and the owners were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Van was in good condition and towed like a dream.
