Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Everything was explained thoroughly at pick-up & Tara was super quick to respond whenever we had any extra questions. We were only on the road for a week but we felt like we could of happily continued on for another six months in this little doozy of a caravan! Highly recommend! 10/10!
Ben 5.0Absolutely amazing!! This was our first family trip and this van made it perfect. On the chilly nights the heater was great and on the warm days the aircon made it even better. The batteries and solar made living off grid so easy and relaxing. The family loved it and cannot wait to go again!! Thank you so much guys!!
