- Strictly NO smoking in the caravan or under the awning.
- Hirer must be a minimum of 25 years.
- Small nonshedding dogs ok inside.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The bedding was super comfy, and the space inside was surprisingly roomy. You really just need to bring your own food and outdoor entertainment everything else is ready for you. Highly recommend!
