Special towing information

Towing information Electric brake controller Must be used. Towing mirrors must be used. Caravan is 26 feet in total, this is needed for when you book campsites. Vehicle requires a DO35 hitch for towing (Can be Provided on Request at No extra charge) and an Anderson plug for the fridge to run when driving. Vehicle needs to have 3.0 tonne minimum towing capacity.

Additional information

Van has a TV if you require some entertainment, Radio with speakers inside and out with usb port options, STARLINK MINI internet is available on request. 210lts available of fresh water, Baby Q webber, chairs and a stocked kitchenette with basic pantry staples. Pick up and drop off times: 5pm on weekdays and negotiable on weekends. Pick up night prior can be arranged in advance; note there might be additional cost from camplify depending in insurance. Please allow enough time to clean the van before drop off.

Towing & Driving
Hirers must have prior experience towing caravans.
Where the Van Cannot Go

Smoking & Fire Safety

External fires must comply with local fire restrictions
BBQs and gas appliances must be used safely and attended at all times
Care & Cleaning
The caravan must be returned:
Clean inside and out
With the toilet cassette emptied and cleaned
With grey water tanks emptied appropriately
Additional cleaning or waste disposal fee of $500.00 will apply if not returned in acceptable condition
• Cleaning — return the caravan in clean condition inside and out. This includes wiping surfaces, cleaning the toilet and cassette, sweeping, mopping, and washing the exterior.
If you prefer, select the optional cleaning service when booking.
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned — a cleaning fee applies otherwise.
• Awning One of the the most common causes of damage. Always follow instructions, secure properly, and pack away in bad weather. Damage is the hirer’s responsibility.
• Cooking inside — clean all surfaces and utensils, including the oven if used.
• BBQ — must be cleaned before return if hired.
• Travelling — no loose equipment, bikes, or luggage are to be transported inside the caravan. Secure all items in your tow vehicle.
Damage & Reporting
Any damage, faults, or issues must be reported immediately by email and photos.
Continued use after damage occurs may result in additional charges
Hirers are responsible for repairs resulting from misuse or negligence
Insurance & Responsibility
Hirers are responsible for understanding Camplify’s insurance coverage
Any insurance excess or uncovered damage remains the hirer’s responsibility
Rating of suitable tow vehicle and towing experience may be requested prior to booking approval.
Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $160.00 per day
Service fee: $130.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
