Hiring rules

• We do ask that you please:
• Return the camper as you found it.
• Clean and tidy with everything working as it should.
• We prefer 5 day minimum hire on peak times and 3 day off peak(peak time school holidays and public holiday weekends)
• If you intend to go offroad, especially on reddirt tracks, please be aware there is a cleaning levy.
• Please no smoking inside the van.
• Please report any damage.
• Our prices are onroad costs, however the caravan is capable of going offroad or down unsealed roads, you must tell us what tracks you intend to use and this must be agreed upon before departure, there will be an extra fee to help us cover offroad maintenance needed once returned.
• Please clean out the toilet cassette before you return, we really don't want to do this due to hygiene 🤢 reasons, if this is not done a $400.00 fine/fee will be due on return. Hirers must thoroughly clean the toilet before return at an approved dump point. Toilet / black water tank must be returned clean & empty.
• Please note, the electric awning included in this van is sensational, but it is fragile. Hirer's MUST retract the awning fully in strong winds and/or rain and particularly overnight. Damage to the awning is expensive and difficult to repair
• The Caravan tow hitch is 3T ball rating of 180Kgs(ball hitch provided)
• The caravan has a 7 flat pin connector (adapter is available upon request).
• Unfortunately if your vehicles tow connectors don't work for lights, blinkers etc and/or shackles, we cannot release the camper. Please check prior to pickup.

  Great camper! It made the trip run smoothly with ease of setup, kitchen and bathroom access, storage and beds. Phillip ran us through the setup and offered to be available should we have any questions during our trip. It was great value for money and would highly recommend.

  Great van! Perfect size for our family, 2 adults and 2 young girls. The girls loved the bunk bed and we loved the extra comfy massive bed for the adults! Van has everything you need, easy to set up and pack away and Philip is easy to communicate with and answers all your questions and is willing to help out. We loved Phil's van, highly recommend.
