Near new and Stylish 5 person Caravan manufactured in 2022. Perfect for a long or short family getaway. 21.5ft in living space / 28ft overall length including tow bar. Please note: the per day rate is based on up to approx 200klm travel per day. Long distance and interstate travel which exceeds this will incur extra klm charges which can be discussed at time of booking request. INTERNAL - Queen Bed - 3 Bunk beds with optional guard rails (Will sleep adults; 700W x 1900L x 450-500H mattress to ceiling. Hiring rules

• Hirers must adhere to the transport instructions as specified when the caravan is handed over.
• Pets are not permitted inside the caravan.
• No offroad; Bitumen and Sealed gazetted roads only. Some unsealed roads may be acceptable and must be disclosed at time of booking request. Designated paths and roads within Caravan parks are acceptable.
• No smoking inside or under the awning.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• The caravan will be given to you clean and must be returned in the same condition. Alternatively, we can do a full clean of the caravan including the toilet (although you must empty the chem tank) for $350.00. This can be included as an extra when you make the booking. Failure to return the caravan in a clean condition will result in a charge of $350.00 for a complete clean if excessive cleaning is required due to dust inside vents, grills mesh etc (usually the result of travelling with vents and windows open) additional charges may apply for professional cleaning.
• Toilet chem tank MUST be emptied & cleaned before return, failure to do so will result in a toilet cleaning charge of $300.00.
• Any damage or loss of supplied item shall be paid in full by the hirer.
• No fishing bait to be stored inside the fridge.
• Please be aware that a GPS tracker is fitted inside the caravan so we know it's location at all times.
• Please look after this caravan as if it is your own. Should any damage or problems occur whilst in your care please contact us immediately. We want to know as soon as possible so we can ensure the caravan is fully functional for the next hirers.
• Standard pickup / dropoff times: Saturdays and Sundays: as agreed. Weekdays: from 6pm as agreed.

• Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.
