Introducing Lumi - your ultimate family-friendly and self-sufficient adventure van or rolling home office. Whether you're seeking a change of scenery or a space for inspirational projects, Lumi has got you covered. We've already had many great adventures with our little one in Lumi and now we're excited to share the possibility with you. Lumi is easy to drive and comes equipped with a comfortable queen bed, lighting, solar power, and all the essentials for a great holiday. You'll find a camping table, chairs, and all cooking equipment including a two-flame gas cooker for outdoor use. We also provide basic ingredients such as salt & pepper, spices, coffee, tea, and oil to make cooking easy and enjoyable. The van has a sink and a 90l water tank filled with filtered water for drinking, cooking, and doing dishes. The tinted windows provide ample natural light during the day and you can choose to watch the sunset and sunrise from the van or use the black-out window covers. The skylight also allows you to watch the stars and can be blocked too. All you need to do is pack your clothes, fill the fridge, and enjoy your holiday. This van is perfect for couples, friends, solo explorers or even small families with a toddler, as there are 3 seats at the front and a child seat anchor point. You can pull up anywhere - there is even a portapotty to make you even more independent.

With Lumi, you can easily charge all your 12V and 240V devices, such as laptops, cameras, and more. There's ample storage space under the queen-sized bed, perfect for carrying bulky items like surfboards, suitcases, or even a stroller. Built-in cabinets provide additional storage for food and clothing. Frequently Asked Questions: Can I park at your house? Yes, you can park on the street in our safe neighbourhood. Can we go on a long drive? Absolutely! We include 200 km per day in the rental. If you need more, there's a small surcharge of $0.25/km."

Hiring rules

Please do no smoke or burn naked flames inside the camper.
No campfires close to the van or under the awning
Please let us know if you misplace or break any of the included items, so that we can repair or replace
the item(s), and have the camper ready for her next adventure.
Please return the Van with a full tank.
No Off Road / Beach driving.
Gas bottle must be replaced/refilled.
Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned upon return if not $100.00 cleaning fee will be taken from
bond
Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
Treat the van with care and have an epic time.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $155.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

My 2 young boys and I had a lovely couple of days in the van. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, including a comfy bed, plenty of storage, outdoor fold out table and chairs. The van was easy to drive and went well.

What you see is what you get, Lumi made our trip so comfy and easier. The van was well maintained, felt easy to drive and had all the required things and more. Arne was well organised, great person to chat to and deal with. He gave a comprehensive handover before the trip which helped s during the journey.

Great Van, great experience. Handover of the van was easy, as was driving the manual. Everything we needed was included with the van and it was also very clean and tidy. Wasnt even cold on a 2 degree morning. Drove very well and was light on the diesel. Great experience all round.
