Sadie is built for your next glamping adventure. She comes with seating space for four and sleeping space for two (inside the van), fridge, BBQ and solar panels to keep you powered if heading off grid. There is an option to include an original 30 sec oz tent (sleeps 2) if you need extra space, along with a 3x4 gazebo complete with wall, for that extra space required for longer trips.

Hiring rules

GENERAL:
NO SMOKING allowed inside the van
CLEANING CHARGE will be applied for any major spills or mess e.g vomit
No cooking in Van
PETS considered on application
DRIVE:
EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
COOKING GAS Return FULL refilled from petrol stations with Elgas

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day
Service fee: $25.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
