Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rachel 5.0Caravan was absolutely lovely to go away in. Everything was as described and clean. Was very comfortable and was super to take off grid while still having all the power/heating/necessities we needed. Would absolutely rebook again.
