Hiring rules

  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
  • NO SMOKING $250.00 fine if there's evidence of smoking/vaping in the camper
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We took this van to Woodford this year for six days! It was amazing to have two big beds and the set up was breezy! Chris was great to talk to about it all, gave us a brilliant handover and the van is comfortable and well set up!

    Vamuz was the peffect van for us our dog. It is very well equipped with all youll need and was very clean and comfortable. The van is easy to drive and park. Chris and Holly were very helpful with the handover and Chris showed us everything we needed to know upon pick up. There is also a video to watch about Vamuz which is very detailed and helpful. Thank you again Chris and Holly for allowing us to also enjoy your beautifully set up van. I highly recommend this van.

When Holly and I moved to Australia with the two kids, we made a promise to buy a van and turn it into camper then see as much of Australia as possible until they get so old they don't want to hang out with us anymore. We've completed step one and two and now we're heading off whenever we have a spare weekend, week, or month to go and explore some of Australia's most incredible locations. When we're not using the van we want other families, travellers or people riding solo, to be able to do the same; get out there and see as much of this beautiful country as possible.
