• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 20c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  This was a perfect van for the long weekend road trip. Exactly as described & was a great reliable van to drive, with no issues. Michael was great for communicating & was also accommodating with pick up & drop off. We will happily book with you again, thank you very much

  Michael did not advised he would not be at pick up or drop off. When we arrived at pick up had to walk around property to find camper. Arrange to pick up 7 am and had to ring him to find where keys were. There was no communication just told had to take 10 photos of inside and outside of camper and send to him. It was pouring rain at the time. He asked if we had watched his video and advised we had. Booked camper for 4 days. We picked up 7am Thursday and was advised on day of pick up to have camper back by 7am Sunday as that was how it worked. By my calculations that was not 4 days only 3days. However after some discussion returned camper 6pm Sunday as we were driving back from Tamworth and returned camper cleaner than when picked up. Also fridge did not work initially and our food went off but managed to get it going in the end by messaging Michael. Lucky it was not 40degrees. The kitchen was very difficult to pull out. Required two people. Found bedding to be damp and musty. The camper did drive and went well for our journey but there was no windscreen washer working.

  van was super simple but had everything i needed for my trip. honestly had the best time staying in michaels van, not to mention he is an absolute legend! super helpful, super lovely and easy to talk to! super grateful to have been able to rent his van out
