ABOUT HELGA Helga is perfect for any trip except off-road but please be mindful the longer your trip is the more km's go on the engine. I have a guideline of 300kms per day. This can be spread over the trip, after 1000kms I charge .25c per km at the end of your trip. KITCHEN AND DINING - Pull out kitchen with cooking space. - 45L kings fridge, single gas burner (gas included) - Portable wash up sink - cookware, wine glasses, tumblers, latte mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, spices - Eat dinner outside under the awning on our 2 outdoor camping chairs and fold out table or inside on the counter while sitting on the bed - Cleaning: hand wash, spray, detergent, bug spray, dustpan/brush, bin, paper towel SLEEPING - Double bed - linen included in hire, sheets, doona, throws, x2 pillows - towels not included OFF-GRID - Solar power - charge devices with USB ports - AUX with lead included (iPhone) STORAGE - 2 large draws, 1 draw for personal belongings - shelving unit GAMES - UNO, jenga and a deck of cards. LOCATION - Pick up Wyee 2259 - located in Lake macquaire. Pick up/drop off throughout the week and weekends. Welcome to leave your car at the drop off location. SERVICE FEE- Covers the amenities, full disinfection, cleaning, clean bed linen and small damages

- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS 300 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 25.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
- FUEL Return full of UNLEADED PETROL 91 All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- COOKING GAS Follow the guidelines on the bottles
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jenna was also a great owner and replied to all of our enquiries very promptly. Highly recommend booking with Jenna and travelling with Helga!
