Special towing information
Your vehicle must have a minimum tow capacity of 2500kg. Your towbar must be rated to 2500kg. Your vehicle must have a standard 50mm towball. A brake controller must be used and is available to hire. A 7 pin flat plug is required to connect to van. We have a standard 7 pin round to 7 pin flat adapter we can hire you. If the above mandatory items are not on your vehicle when you come to pick up, we regret that the booking will need to be cancelled. This is not good for anyone, so please check. Your vehicle will need an Anderson plug on the rear to supply power to the van to run the fridge while driving, if you want. We will need details of your vehicle to confirm it is suitable and safe to tow Glampavan.

Hiring rules
- Caravan must be returned clean and tidy, inside and out.
- If the toilet and cartridge is not returned empty and clean, a $250.00 fee will be charged.
- No smoking is allowed in the van.
- Hirer must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- No 4x4 off road use as per Camplify insurance.
- Prior to hiring, we will need to check your vehicle is suitable for towing the van. We will need you to send us some details about your vehicle such as make/model, tow bar rating and extra weight added to vehicle (accessories).
- Please also be aware that we have a GPS location device in the van that lets us know where the van is and where it goes. So please be honest when you tell us your itinerary.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
