Due to the current COVID situation, our van is disinfected thoroughly and cleaning supplies, hand wash and hand sanitiser are provided. PENNY'S FEATURES: Kitchen & Dining: - Kitchen with large bench space. - 150L 3 way fridge and freezer, 4 burner gas stove and grill with rangehood and microwave. - Cookware, stemless wine glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, cutlery, knives and utensils. - Gasmate Odyssey BBQ with pizza stone & convection trays plus additional butane stove for use outside (table & cleaning supplies provided). - Nespresso Vertuo Next pod coffee machine with milk frother (pods included). Nanopresso barista kit for use off grid. - Basic pantry items, tea, coffee, milo, sugar, salt and pepper, spices, olive oil. - Eat inside at the dinette or outdoors with camping chairs and fold out table. - Cleaning - hand-wash, disinfectant, anti-bacterial wipes, Glen 20, multi-purpose spray, detergent, sponges & scourer, broom, dustpan and brush, microfibre mop and waste tub. Sleeping: - Innerspring queen mattress with topper & mattress protector (front). - Innerspring double mattress with topper & mattress protector (rear). - Double bunk (bottom converts into small dinette, perfect for activities for the kids). - Linen not supplied. Off grid: - Easy to use solar power (roof mounted & solar blanket available for extra fee). - Generator for use for extra fee with 20L of fuel included. - Charge using 12v cig socket (converters supplied for USB attachment). - Stereo with bluetooth. Storage: - Cupboards free in kitchen area for pantry items, big storage cupboard opposite bunk, overhead storage and cupboard in the ensuite. Ensuite: - Toilet and shower are separate. - Toilet paper, hand wash and hand sanitiser are provided. - Penny has a 3kg washing machine, located next to the toilet. - Laundry sheets, stain remover stick & spray, pegs and collapsible clothes line provided. We have torches and headlamps with spare batteries. We have a drawer of activities and games for kids/families. We have a 23" TV (12v/240v). Comes with a Chromecast that you can connect to wifi/mobile phone for streaming (240v only). Location: - Pickup and drop off in Bayswater North, 3153, VIC (about 45 mins from CBD) Service Fee: - Covers the amenities, full clean and disinfect, gas bottle, pantry items and small damages.

Hiring rules

• * Please note Pickup and drop off will need to be arranged with us. As we both work full time, it can be difficult to determine a 'standard' pickup or drop off time but we will work as best we can to accommodate you!
• * Minimum 2700kgs braked towing capacity required on tow vehicle.
• * No smoking in/within the vicinity of the caravan please.
• * No unsealed roads, beach driving, dirt tracks, heavy corrugation or red dust roads without owner approval.
• * Please be honest with where you are travelling to our van is fitted with a tracker and WE WILL KNOW WHERE IT'S BEEN!
• * No free camping.
• * No pets.
• * Use of the awning is STRICTLY for those who are experienced and confident in it's use (otherwise a Kings 3 x 3m gazebo will be supplied for no extra cost). Awning must be packed away prior to bad weather arising as most common reported damages are to awnings.
• * Return the caravan in the same condition as when you hired it or risk a fee.
• * Toilet is to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned upon return or risk a fee.
• * All damages are to be reported no matter how minor you believe it to be.
• * Range hood must be used when cooking inside.
• * Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• * If you are unsure how to operate something, please contact the owners. DO NOT attempt to play around with any parts you are not familiar with.
• Emergency:
• If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, who will advise how to contact NRMA.
• Damage:
• If any sort of damage occurs, you MUST report it immediately (who, what, where and when will be required).
• Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance cover.

  We had an amazing two weeks away in this Van. Liz and Neils communication made it easy to book the van, learn how to use everything and get on the road safely. We all slept so well in the comfortable beds and the van provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If youre looking for a van for a family holiday then this is the one for you. The van was clean and well stocked with everything you need to get your holiday started. We had a fantastic experience and hope to do it again one day. We highly recommend Liz and Neils Van and thank them for been so easy to deal with making the whole process a positive one :)
