Hiring rules

All appliances must be clean and wiped down
Kitchen must clean and wiped down
Mattress protector to be left on mattress (will be supplied)
Water tank not to filled by hirer unless approved
Make sure all gas bottles are turned off before returning

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
