Self towing is available on application with previous towing experience essential - Vehicle must be fitted with electric brake control unit, the ability to tow 3 tonne, a 12 pin flat plug, an anderson plug and extension mirrors. Alternatively, Urban can be delivered to a site of your choice and have everything setup for you at a cost $2/km relocation and a set up fee of $100.00

Additional information
Urban is the newest addition to our tram! Urban is a great family caravan that can sleep a family of 5 with a queen bed in front and triple bunks at the back each with their own sirocco fans. There is a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, L shaped dining lounge, cutlery and plates cooking utensils etc., ample cupboards and storage space, air-conditioning, television, dvd and stereo system, and bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Camp table and chairs. Minimum 2 day booking, except during School holiday periods where the minimum booking is 4 days for April and September holidays and 7 days for December holidays. Please feel free to contact me with any further inquiries or specific requests.

- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The inclusion of outdoor chairs and tables made for a low hassle trip. The van was exceptionally clean with easy to use amenities. Everything was explained thoroughly and if I had any questions I was confident that I could have contacted her for additional information. Highly recommend!
