Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Stuart 5.0Great experience with this van. The handover process was very though and when we did have an issue while we were camping Mark was quick to respond and sort it out. Van was is a very good condition and we were very comfortable in it.
Ryan 5.0We loved our camping trip in the Swan. It was very comfortable and made for an easy weekend camping, the van had everything we needed, plenty of mugs, cups, plates, and all kitchen supplies. Plus some games and lots more already packed in the Van. The mattress toppers definitely made the beds more comfortable also
