Towing mirrors must be used - Available for hire through me Electric Brake controller must be used - Available for hire through me A plug adaptor may be needed for your vehicle depending on what type is fitted to your vehicle - A regular flat plug to round plug adaptor is available for hire through me. Please ensure your tow vehicle is rated and capable of legally towing the caravan before booking. Tow vehicle is required to be verified with me after booking, as neither of us want to find out on the day that the hire cannot proceed and your trip away ruined. I will provide as much assistance as possible to ensure you can go away stress free on your holiday, so please do not hesitate to ask. There are no silly questions!

Additional information
The caravan has an 'Elecbrake' controller fitted to the van. It can be easily towed by any vehicle that is rated to 2500kg towing capacity and with an App installed on your smartphone.
Hiring rules
- Empty toilet before returning.
- Caravan must be returned clean.
- Caravan must be kept on sealed roads, no dirt or corrugated road travel.
- Please follow all safety information and road rules.
- Electric brake controller will be supplied as part of the hire, all it requires is the downloading of ElecBrake App on your smartphone. Please note that electric brakes are a LEGAL requirement on all caravans and trailers over 2T and must be used whilst towing.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
