Easy, delivered glamping setup on the Central Coast — just arrive and relax. Meet Poppie, 1976 Millard set up for a simple, comfortable getaway. Poppie is an easy space to spend a couple of days away. Slow mornings, a bit of fresh air, and somewhere warm and comfortable to come back to at the end of the day. Inside there’s a queen bed and a single, USB PowerPoints, LED lighting, table + benches, and a practical kitchen for easy meals. Outside we set everything up for you with a BBQ, table, chairs and a rug so you can just arrive and settle in. Sit outside with a coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening, it’s all ready to go. This is a delivery-only setup. We bring the van to your campsite, set it up, and come back to pack it down. No towing, no messing around. We service the Central Coast and surrounding areas, with delivery included locally and options to travel further on request. It’s ideal for a couple, a small family, or even a backyard stay if you want something a bit different. Minimum 2 nights booking. You’ll need to book your own campsite, but happy to point you in the right direction if needed.

Poppie is a delivery-only setup — we bring the van to your location, set everything up, and return to pack it down at the end of your stay. Access to your site needs to be suitable for caravan delivery and setup, with enough space for positioning and a safe turnaround if required. Campsite bookings are to be made separately. If you’re unsure about suitable locations, we’re happy to help with recommendations. Please note this is a relaxed, comfort-focused setup rather than a fully off-grid or high-end luxury van — it’s designed to be simple, easy, and enjoyable. Delivery is included within the local Central Coast area. Travel outside this area can be arranged on request. Minimum two-night stay applies.

  • Hirer is expected to respect the caravan and keep her clean & tidy.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This retro van is incredibly charming. It comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids for a short stay. Aaron made sure everything was arranged for our arrival and was very easy to communicate with. We brought our own outdoor shelter and Aaron had set up a lovely outdoor seating area.

    Poppie was perfect for a long weekend getaway. She comfortably catered to our family of 4 novice campers, including our toddler. Aaron was friendly and responsive throughout, and went above and beyond to set up for us at our destination. We would definitely recommend Poppie and will be staying again as soon as we can.

    We loved staying in Poppie. She is very cute but super solid and we all slept brilliantly in the comfy beds. When I asked my 3 year old what his favourite part of camping was his reply was Poppie, Im going to miss her so I have promised him we will hire her again. Aaron was prompt to respond to any questions and the drop off and collection process was all done without us needing to be there so made it super easy and meant we could start our holiday as soon as we arrived at the campsite. Thanks Poppie and Aaron.
