InstaVan is a 2021 New Age Road Owl 21ft Full Caravan. Explore the Newcastle, Hunter Valley or Shoal Bay area easily. Head anywhere from Gold Coast to Melbourne. SLEEPING - It will comfortably sleep 6 with a comfortable queen mattress & 4 single beds (Triple bunk and table that turns into an extra bed). - Flyscreens, blockout blinds and curtains make for a great night sleep. - Turn on the air conditioning for your own comfort (heating and cooling). - Linen – If selected, please state the number of guests and the linen will be supplied for that number of beds. There will be pillows, cotton sheets & a doona per bed/person. KITCHEN AND DINING - You can cook and eat inside or outside! It has a cooktop with 3 gas burners, please refrain from cooking with oil inside the van as it leaves a long lasting smell. - Kitchen has a large bench inside and outside under the awning allows for more space on the table. - Weber Baby Q will be ready for you to cook outside on the table (not picnic table attached to the van). - Large Fridge + Freezer. - Sink with a powered tap and full amenities. - Cookware - wine glasses, ceramic plates/ bowls/ mugs, cutlery, utensils, pots, grater, chopping boards etc - Eat dinner at the dinette inside or sit outside with the outdoor chairs/bench seats & table. - Cleaning – spray n wipe, dishwashing and laundry supplies, dust pan/ brush mop/bucket ENSUITE – The full toilet and shower with basin just gives you that room to move and keep your clothes dry whilst showering. The shower has plenty of depth so a baby can have a small bath. Toilet must be cleaned (inside and out) and emptied before it is returned or you can select the extra to have the van and/or toilet cleaned for you. Washing Machine ADVENTURE - Surf - you can fit a surfboard on the bed, protect it with our blankets. Kayaks - Fishing Kayak is available to hire and can be wrapped in blankets to protect the interior. Games - Cards, Uno and other board games. TV/DVD included with internal & external speakers and stereo. Fishing - Fishing rods and gear available $10 per rod. OFF-GRID – Solar panel makes it easy to go off grid and free camp. 💡If you want 240V power there is a 15M extension cable and powerboard for campsites or visiting family/friends. STORAGE - Pantry, drawers, storage under the queen bed and loads more storage. SERVICE FEE - Covers the basic pantry items, gas bottles, cleaning products and wear and tear.
