Hiring rules
- We want everyone to enjoy their holiday in our pride and joy, however to ensure it stays in a pristine condition and for everyone’s comfort and safety the following applies:
- No smoking inside or near van
- Not to be towed offroad or unsealed roads or on the beach, gravel or dirt roads
- No pets inside
- No festivals
- Return in clean, tidy and damage free condition
- Empty and clean toilet cartridge
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older
- Maximum hire period 6 weeks
- Minimum hire during school holidays 7 nights
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Cleaning of the toilet includes emptying and rinsing the cassette and cleaning of cassette compartment. A toilet cartridge cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged if this is not done before returning the caravan.
- If the caravan is not returned in the same clean and tidy condition as received then a cleaning fee will be charged at minimum of $150.00 up to $350.00 depending on the condition (excluding toilet cartridge cleaning charge of $250.00 if not done).
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
