Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kirsten 4.8Raindrop has the most complete set up I've come across. Kylie-Anne has truly thought of everything; from salt, pepper, mozzie spray and a first aid kit to clever flexible straps to hold moving items in place. The van is spacious, clean and has a cute fairy light system. The cooking set is small & functional. The kitchen equipment consist of all basics. We will definitely book this van again when we are back in Byron.
