Hiring rules

  • Pick up before 8am and drop off before 6pm weekdays, weekends as negotiated
  • Must be returned with empty grey water tank and toilet cassette
  • Must be returned as clean as you received it inside and out Must be returned with full fuel and Adblue tank including extra containers
  • If you empty one of the gas bottles it needs to be refilled before return
  • Interior and BBQ must be cleaned
  • Limit of 300km per day x number of days hired
  • A full standard license is required

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had so much fun with this van. So easy to drive. The owners are lovely and it had everything we needed.

    We had an excellent time. Learnt alot about this type of motor home for our future purchase of a motor home. It taught us about how long the water lasts, how long till the toilet needs to be emptied and how you get on while just using the power from the van and gas. I loved the size and all the inclusions that Nathan and Karyn provide including linen, towels and some camp chairs. We had a very informative handover and a great trip. Instructions were all provided on top of the handover info and other than the heater not working as it should and the TV not working for streaming everything was in tip top condition. We would totally recommend the motor home to anyone wishing to hire one. Nathan and Karyn were so friendly and everything was in great condition.
