EAT - We provide a basic pantry with every hire to get you started, which includes some coffee, tea bags, salt, pepper, sugar, mixed herbs, Glad Wrap, Al Foil and spray oil. We also provide paper towels and tea towels. - A Weber Baby Q is provided. We recommend that you cook outside as much as you can, the van will smell much better for it! OTHER • Minimum hire is 2 Days • The van drop off/pick up fee is $1.50/km each way, this option is open for discussion, however isn’t always available. • Our van is sent out sparkling clean and we would appreciate you returning it the same way. Cleaning products are provided. • The Van is not permitted on any unsealed roads, (strictly no offroad) this van is not built for dirt roads. • Sorry, no pets are allowed in our van. • There is no smoking in or around the van. • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jaime 4.0Van was good for a family of 4. But the cooling and heating in the van was not working very well and the fridge took quite a significant amount of time to get cold. Overall we enjoyed our trip using the caravan and the owners were very helpful with our queries, concerns and questions.
