The important stuff

  • 4x4, Large 4x4 or Commercial Truck required to tow
  • Electric brake controller must be supplied by hirer

Hiring rules

  • * Strictly no smoking in or around the caravan pkease.
  • *No dirt tracks, heavy corrugation or red dust without owner approval.
  • *The van must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up.
  • *toilet to be empty and cleaned thoroughly orelse charges apply.
  • *Report all damage no matter how small.
  • *Min hire charges apply at peak periods.
  • *Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    For a first time time experience, I couldn't of asked for anything more. The caravan was great, clean, comfortable, user friendly and easy to set up. Carlo was such a great person to deal with, very helpful and I will be using On The Road Caravan Hire again when we plan another family trip away. 5 stars all round Thanks Carlo

    This is the third consecutive year of hiring from Carlo. His van is always immaculately kept and he is always more than willing to accommodate with easy pick up and drop off that makes it an easy process. Nothing is ever a hassle and he is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Carlo and his vans for any hirer. Will be back next year for our annual trip 10/10

    This was the third time we had hired a van through On the Road Caravan Hire and as usual, the van was clean and comfortable! Carlo was easy going, communicated well and was always available for us to contact where we had any questions during the hire. We had a great trip and would definitely hire again through Carlo.

    Carlo was easy to deal with, and took the time to show how to use and everything about the van on pick up. I had a few things I needed help with after pick up and he was always a phone call away. Would definitely hire again in future.
