Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty and clean toilet cassette before departure a fee of $150.00 will apply for non compliance
- No Smoking inside caravan
- A call out fee of $150.00 is applied if you require us to move the caravan once setup is complete
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
