Hiring rules
- Our van is maintained and kept in great condition, so please respect it. Use it and enjoy it but treat it like it's your own!
- PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES: Flexible please enquire, subject to availability.
- AWNING: Must be packed away if bad weather arises.
- WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
- The fee is a small contribution towards our cost of things like, kitchen consumables, gas, prehandover cleaning, and safety checks. the service fee does not cover things like mud, salt, and sand nor does it cover the return of a toilet that has not been emptied a $250.00 fee applies. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the Van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $250.00 'clean the van for me' option or the '$350.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'. If you breach these simple house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.
- Minimum stays apply during peak periods. Rates vary as per the following:
- OFF PEAK RATE: $80.00/day (2 day minimum)
- PEAK RATE: $100.00/day (3 day minimum hire)
- BOOKING FEE: The Camplify booking fee covers Comprehensive Insurance, Nationwide Roadside Assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $3,000.00 emergency accommodation protection & third party management of bond and transaction fees.
- EMERGENCY – If an accident/damage occurs please call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will contact Insurer. Please report immediately with who, what, where and when.
- Our van is comprehensively insured but does not allow offroad travel. However a short slow transit into your site is permitted.
- Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jayme 5.0Perfect van for family of 4. Two queen sized beds, air con, fridge which was bigger than expected, pantry (also bigger than required). We didnt use the bbq or toilet/shower so cannot comment as we had these amenities at the caravan park. Owner met us at the park and he had set up. He Walked around the van explaining what was what and allowing us to ask questions. Owner is very easy going and has a very well maintained van which is well equipped and clean. Provided tables and bench seats were great.
Taryn 5.0Great way to kick off summer. Christopher was easy to communicate with. The van had everything needed for an easy camping trip. The expanda's are great with their space and easily housed our family of four.
