Hiring rules

  • • No cross border travel. Vehicle may only be used within Queensland at present due to uncertainty of border closures and restrictions during current Covid19 situation.
  • • If vehicle is taken cross border hirer is responsible for returning vehicle to Queensland hire base location at hirers expense.
  • • No Smoking in or around the Motorhome please.
  • • Range Hood Must Be Used When Cooking Inside.
  • • No deep frying greasy cooking allowed.
  • • Tell us what has been used so we can replace for next hire
  • • Return Motorhome in the same condition as when you went.
  • • Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is.
  • • Full tank on delivery. Must be a full fuel tank when returned.
  • • Air conditioning, toaster, hairdryers and microwave only operate when 240v power is available.
  • • Strictly sealed roads only. No Dirt track, heavy corrugation, or red dust roads.
  • • Class LR Licence – Light Rigid truck licence. Class of licence must be valid at time of booking.
  • • Toilet to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned before returning or bond penalties apply. $200.00 surcharge if toilet is not cleaned or emptied on return.
  • • Motorhome must be returned clean or a surcharge of $100.00 is charged.
  • • Height is 3.4 metres high so check clearance levels for overhead height restrictions at fuel stops, bridges etc.
  • • Can be delivered or relocated for an extra charge – $1.50 per km.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
