Hiring rules

• The main thing is have an awesome time and Get out and adventure! Use our Van as your base and enjoy. However there are some Rules And Requests we ask to be followed,
• 1. Our Van MUST be returned to us in the condition it was when collecting. The service fee is not a full detail clean, it is for a basic restock and wipe down. Basic cleaning products are provided To make it easier for you. Fees apply if not cleaned sufficiently. This helps us provide a service for the next person the same as we hope you received. Thank you
• 2. The cassette toilet is to be emptied regularly and prior to it overflowing. If it overflows we will ask for a fee to have it cleaned and any damages that arise from this happening. Easy Refill sachets are to be placed into cassette after emptying along with a good flush of water (About 4L). Toilet must be emptied prior to returning the van. A fee of $250.00 will be added if you don't do this
• 3. Batteries(off grid only) not to be fully discharged, if getting low, shut off all power and turn generator on (if applicable) or car supplemental power for fridge and recharge until sufficiently charged.
• 4. Ensure water pump is shut off when not using or towing
• 5. Ensure gas hot water is only turned on and heated up prior to use. It’s best not to leave it on all the time for gas use and obvious safety.
• 6. Do Not leave any gas appliances running when not in the van, including the room heater, stoves or Hot water heater.
• 7. No Smoking in the Van or under awning.
• 8. 7 day minimum hire during NSW school holidays and 5 day min over public holiday periods.
• 9. No “off road” travel. The van is not allowed to be taken off road by you, however it is more than equipped and we are happy to discuss the potential for us to deliver to a specific destination.
• 10. Dirt roads and/or corrugated roads are not allowed unless discussed and approved prior to your journey.
• If towing, Ensure your Car is able to tow this Van. No refund will be given if you show up to collect the van and you are not driving a car rated and equipped to tow it away.
• TV is NOT included. It is possible to arrange one. Please Don’t hesitate to ask us if this is something you need.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
