Hiring rules
- Minimum licence requirement full license
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- Pickup: Anytime after 7am.
- Drop off: No later than 3pm.
- No smoking inside
- No cooking inside the van (use stove top provided)
- No off road | No beach driving | no extended gravel roads
- Return full of petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Tolls to be paid on return
- Van and equipment to be returned clean or pay cleaning fee
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
