Hiring rules

  • STRICTLY NO SMOKING
  • No going off road
  • Minimum 5 days hire over Christmas/New Years
  • Deposit must be paid within 12 hrs. of booking approval
  • Return the van in the same cleanliness that it was given or fees will apply.
  • Report any damage immediately either by text msg or phone call
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The best 6 days. Nathan and Sarah were unbelievable hosts, catering to our every need and being super quick to respond with any questions we had. The van was perfect - we wouldnt have changed a thing! Thanks again guys

    We had an amazing holiday in Vilma exploring the northern rivers! This was the perfect van for our trip, kitted put with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the magnetic mosquito net and double burner gas cooker. Thanks so much!!

    Great van to take on a trip. Pick up and drop off were both super easy. Sarah and Nathan were great to rent from! Would highly recommend.
