Hiring rules
- No smoking in van.
- No heavy frying in van.
- Photo of licence will be taken at start of hire.
- All surfaces (bench tops / floor & cooktop) must be cleaned and wiped down.
- Garbage must be removed.
- All cutlery / utensils & plates to be cleaned and put away.
- Any damage must be reported.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Suzy 5.0Swan About was such a pleasure. Roomy and very clean. The handover was detailed and easy, with all required information of the specific nuances the camper-van has Colm was very flexible and friendly and we appreciated his patience when we ran late Very smooth to tow. And the awning is nice and large which was great. We dont have any negative feedback. Only suggestion I cld make is to maybe add a few more cleaning products as I was keen to give it a super clean up after a dusty windy weekend. I did the best I cld with what was there I highly recommend this camper !
