Hiring rules
- No smokers allowed
- Small pets considered only upon application
- No parties / festivals
- Hirer minimum age 25
- Emergency If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- No offroad
- Cleaning Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
