  • • Strictly NO smoking, vaping or ecigarettes inside the caravan
  • • Smoking or vaping must be a minimum of 20 metres from the caravan
  • • NO off road use permitted
  • • Caravan must only be used on sealed roads and well maintained gravel roads approved by the owner
  • • NO beach driving
  • • NO river crossings
  • • NO use on 4WD tracks or remote access tracks
  • • Only approved drivers listed on the booking may tow the caravan
  • • Hirer must hold a valid driver’s licence
  • • Caravan must not be overloaded beyond legal weight limits
  • • Any damage, faults or incidents must be reported immediately
  • • Awning must be retracted during strong winds, storms or when leaving the site unattended
  • • Roof access is strictly prohibited
  • • No climbing on the caravan, drawbar or bike rack
  • • No candles, fire pits or open flames near the caravan
  • • No subletting or allowing additional persons to use the caravan without approval
  • • Maximum occupancy is 5 + 1 people
  • • Festivals, schoolies events and large party events require prior approval
  • • Caravan must be returned in the same condition it was collected
  • • Excess cleaning fees may apply if the caravan is returned excessively dirty
  • • Toilet cassette must be emptied before return unless prior arrangements have been made
  • • All rubbish must be removed before return
  • • Any lost, broken or damaged items may incur replacement costs
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
