Hiring rules

- Linen optional extra $160.00 per booking (includes sheets, blankets, pool and shower towels)
- Clean to same standard as received otherwise cleaning fees may apply
- internal cleaning fee is $99.00
- Empty toilet tank, if not satisfactorily cleaned additional fees are applied
- Remove all rubbish
- Our van is maintained and kept in great condition, so please respect it. Use and enjoy it, but treat it as if it was your own
- Lost keys will be paid for by the hirer
- Please report any breakages additional costs may incur for repairs
- Hirer will organise the caravan park and provide us with the details. Enough time must be provided for set up and pack down in accordance with the caravan park rules and check in and check out times
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
